MapPoint's VERY Scenic Route

An error in Microsoft's MapPoint system offers travelers between two Norwegian cities a winding 1,685-mile trip around most areas of Western Europe as the quickest route to their destination. The trip has an estimated time of 47 hours and 31 minutes. This means you can either trust Microsoft, sit back, and enjoy a couple days of driving, or use MapQuest and get to your destination more than 40 hours faster.

Wow. That would suck. Well, doesn't surprise me..it was developed by the same people who developed Windows ME. :P
