iMic Setup

I did a test of the iMic setup and the stereo recording. Unfortunately, I am getting an annoying buzzing sound in the background, which I can't get rid of. If anybody out there has any advice on getting a cleaner recording, please let me know.

Trip to CompUSA

I took a trip to CompUSA today, and posted a few interesting pictures from it on Flickr. I ended up buying a Griffin iMic for use with my stereo microphone, allowing the possibility of stereo podcasts in the future. I also tried to implement my idea of having Apple's digital sticky notes in different places on the screen to tell customers about the computer, but I guess the CompUSA personnel didn't like it, because when I came back my helpful messages were gone. Poor, ignorant CompUSA, will you ever learn?

New York Times Front Page Podcasting Article

The New York Times ran a large story on the front page about podcasting today. They seem to have gotten most of the facts right, as well as the correct links to podcasting resource sites. What was especially interesting though, was the fact that they focused on lesser-known podcasters, instead of the usual press' darlings of the PodSquad.
