New Comments System

I have just put a new comment posting and viewing system in place on the main page. It uses pop-up comment windows instead of inline comments (which are still available in each entry's permalink) and hopefully allows for better comment integration. As you can see by the eight-or-so comments on the previous post, I have been working out a few bugs in the system, but it all seems to be working seamlessly now.
