LED Throwies with On/Off Tabs
I just put up a how-to on creating your own magnetic LED "throwies" based on an Instructables Article. I improved on the article's technique a bit, and found a way to maximize battery life by making it possible to turn the LEDs on and off by inserting and removing a cardstock paper tab. I created a Flickr photoset with step-by-step instructions on making your own. I also included, in the first step, the information on where I bought the components, as I was able to find several good deals on them.
